cpqarray event log error

On a proliant 6500 with 1 SCSI controler Smart 2/DH and 2 SCSI controler Smart 2/SL, we have an error message in the system event log :
"Event ID : 9
Source : Cpqarray
the device \Device\ScsiPort0 did not respond within the timeout period"

Hi, are you running sp5 on your system. Their was one instance in are data base regarding the similar array message and the resolution was to upgrade to Microsoft sp 6. If you do don?t forget to apply the CSP before the reboot on the sp6. Also make sure the array controller driver are not to hold.
