cpqasm2 event log error

I have a ProLiant ML370 W2003 Server. I have been getting this error periodically. The Event Sourceis: cpqasm2 and the Description: Monitoring of power supply #1 has been disabled.

What can I do to correct this error?

Is your server a clean build 2003 box, or an upgrade from 2K/NT4?

I have the same error in my eventlog. This started in the end of november und is still lasting on. A HP technician already replaced one of the power supplies but I still get the error 4146. I'm still using SP 6.40A (english). Maybe there is a point to take a deeper look.
I'll report after upgrading to 7.10...
