cpqcissm.sys cant be installed in the anattended mode

cpqcissm.sys cant be installed in the anattended mode

dear all
we are setting up a dl 380 g3 server with windows 2000 in the anattendet mode.
if we press f6 to copy the drivers from a floppy for the controller 5i it always displays the message that the cpqcissm.sys can't be copied.thanks in advanced for your help.
