cpqlocfg can't reset a dl-380 g2
I am using cpqlocfg with the xml scripts that are provided. The reset script works with dl-360s and dl-580s but not with dl-380s g2. Does someone know why?
Thank you.
Thank you.

Re: cpqlocfg can't reset a dl-380 g2
Hi Alain
I think you would need sp 19825, the new version of the cpqlocfg (version 2.00) which supports the new XML commands that are used when configuring iLO has now released.
Hope this will help.

Re: cpqlocfg can't reset a dl-380 g2
The page for sp19825 says it's for the riloe 2 cards. We are using riloe cards. We are able to reset through the web interface, but not with cpqlocfg. All are riloe cards (for our dl360s, dl380s and dl580s) are running the same level of firmware (2.41A).

Re: cpqlocfg can't reset a dl-380 g2
yes, this is the case with these models,
but firmware 2.41B or 2.41C solve your problem;
do not use 2.51 or 2.50: it would give you bigger problems!
if your working with scripts it is wise to send after a reset command also a power-on command with a second script. This makes sure that you not only capture running servers but also off-line servers
