cpqsmu messages

I run the cpqsmu c -r -tcha -n0 command in order to reset the scsi bus before doing a backup. Is there a way to prevent the message "SCSI bus has been reset..." to be displayed on the console ?
Thank you,
Viorel

Re: cpqsmu messages

You can try to lower the scsi bus through the BIOS, but if nogo, you should check the SCO article Ref. #109773 to disable the errors from coming from the cha driver. This would probably be better if the error is only informationnal and the backups are still working event with the error.
