diags for NC375T NIC card ??

We had an odd problem with a NC375T card in a DL385 G7 running ESX 4.0. Port 4 of this card stopped responding. The clincher was that the "info" button for this nic in Vcenter that should return a CDP query returned nothing. ESX never saw a problem so it never failed over ...

I reseated the card, ran the diags from SmartStart 8.60. I couldn't find a test for an add-in enet card. Restarted ESX and this port started working.

Does anyone know of a hardware level diagnostic test for this NC375 card ??

Hi,

As far as I know, there is no hardware level diagnostics for this card.
