directory service connect failed

hi friends,
i have a BL server with dircetory service function, according to the HP provide the doucment www.hp.com/servers/lights-out to implement, but occur the error mesaage as attachemt file. please help me.

Have you
1. Checked whether the port number for your LDAP directory is correct.
2. Implemented Certificates.
