disco externo usb 1 tb en hp ML150 Proliant

Al instalar unh disco externo usb marca iomega de 1Tb el ML150 con windows seever 2003 small bussines no arranca, se queda colgado al finalizar las pantallas negras iniciales, si se desconecta el diso arranca perfecto y al conectar el disco posteriormente lo reconoce y utiliza sin problemas.
Anteriormente teniamos un disco usb de 80gb conectado y funcionaba perfectamente.

OK, I have installed an external USB disk of 1 Tb Iomega brand new on a HP ML150 server under Windows 2003 server for small Bussiness and when I start up de server It Doesn't boot, It hangs up at the final black screens, if I unplug the external usb disc it starts up perfectly.
Prior this 1Tb disk we were using an 80 gb western digital usb external disk without any problem at all.

After I unplug the 1 Tb usb external disk, the server starts up okey, I plug in the usb disk and the server recognize and can use it without any problem.

The problem ocurrs when I need to shut down the server and restart it again with the external usb disk plugged in.

I've got exactly the same problem.
It is very odd. Because i've setup the bios right, but a remote reboot is not possible.

If anyone has a solution fot this problem please.
