disk upgrade options
our ML350 server has 2 9GB hot plug disks, mirrored under w2k, I need more space.
I would like to add another pair of mirroed hot plug 36.4GB disks. Can I do this in the same bay? or what is a better option?
I have a tight budget hence avoiding array controllers.

Re: disk upgrade options
Hi Rob;
As long as you have space to add the drives, you can create an Array B off the same channel of the array controller that you are using now.
You can use either the Array Configuration Utility from Windows, or boot of a SmartStart CD to run the utility.
This will give you 36.4GB of extra space to partition and use in w2K.
Sincerely,
Janine Bertolo
