dl 180 g5 reboots randomly windows 2008 / 2008 R2

Hello,
I have just purchased a dl 180 g5 (E5405, smartarray e200, broadcom std lan, now with std 2 gb ram). I first installed windows 2008 server with all hp drivers for smartarray, lan etc.. randomly it reboots in different timeframes.. then i tried the new win 2008 R2 but happens the same thing also with standard windows drivers..

any idea about the cause? i noticed in internet that i'm not alone with this kind of problem..
