dl140 g2 memmory issue

I have a server that only registers 2Gb of memory even when more memory is added. I have tried different memory and know to be good memory. I put 4Gb in, the memory check on boot rolls up to 2Gb and stops. bios does not show failed memory modules. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Make sur you're sure that you bios is up to date.
