dl160 G5 Windows XP x64 RAID driver disk woes

I'm in the process of setting up a handful of these servers with x64; I've extracted the correct drivers (lsi_sas) to a usb floppy, and I'm using a usb CD/DVD drive to boot Windows. I can hit F6 to load the driver from the floppy, and I can see the hard drive, and start the installation process... until it gets to a point where it starts asking me for the installation floppy for the LSI Raid/SATA driver. It's like it's not even there, and the only option I have is to hit F3 to exit the installation altogether. Is there another way I have to make a floppy disk than to just extract the EXE to a disk? I'm about to try slipstreaming but if I could get it to work with a floppy I'd prefer that.
