dl320 G2 Larg IDE hard drives

I have a DL320 G2 IDE model with the most current firmware installed. I have 2 250 gig hard drives that I want to run in a mirror. Apparently the firmware that I have does not support drives larger then 131 gig. Is there a fix for this or is this a limitation of the DL320 G2?

There is no fix for that - ATA controller will only recognize 137GB of any drive larger than that.
