hi all
i have one dl360g6.but when the system boot in post i see not detect smart array and when login the rom base setup i see disable to smart array.
i switch to enable and save but when the reset the server and boot i see not detect smart array and in rom base see the disable smart array.
i have update and erase the server but not resolve problem.
please help my.

What is the name of what it sees? P410?

Looks like on the dl360 g6 there are only the p410i so you may not be able to reseat the controller card, but maybe you can reseat the cables?

Hi,

What is the exact message you see during POST regarding P410i?

Does the server give any 17xx series error message?

I would say, remove any cache module and BBWC if installed and check if P410i works.
