dl360 hangs during start

When booting up the server, everything just spins up, all fans on max, no signal on monitor. And it stays like this. Everything looks fine. The discs makes a weak "flimmer" light. Thats the only unusual behavior.

Is the server finish or do you have something I can try. I can not see that ILO request an IP, but plugging in the cable it show activity the same with the NICs. The cdrom drive can be controlled, only green lights in the front panel.

Hello, we had the same issue with older dl380g4, after one planned shutdown it newer started again, just green lights on..
Solution: replacing motherbord, then raid cache and batteries...
Sad..

now works like new one... :)
