hi,
I have an issue regarding 146gb 10k 1 port hdd that i have dl365 g1 server but every now and then the hdd becomes fail and i need to make it replaced with the other one... please assist in this regard what steps would i take to make it stable.

hi
you mean the same HDD has been failed several times in the same slot?
if so try replacing HDD backplane because if the same slot fails again and again might be a faulty slot try testing a good HDD from another slot.

Before that, make sure all Firmwares are the latest.
