deleted
the cure is iE11 or edge.
lacking a CA personal license.
there is no fix. (nag free)
nor any help here on legacy.
ill stick to non HP forums from now on. like stack exchange etc. spice works. more friendly there for sure.
like Grocho said, "I will not darken your towels again" leper gone.
retired but not dead.
