Most of these messages are well documented in the forums the PMU resource message appears on every ProLiant server https://community.hpe.com/t5/ProLiant-Servers-ML-DL-SL/ML350-G9-BIOS-has-corrupted-hw-PMU-resources-MSR-38d-is-330/m-p/6831422/highlight/true#M152674
ERST Gen8 https://support.hpe.com/hpsc/doc/public/display?docId=emr_na-kc0109228en_us&docLocale=en_US
The device at /dev/sdc is more than likey a USB key, SD, or µSD card and normal

Thank you, will these problems prevent me from entering the system? I will now get stuck at the error interface after one minute of selecting the system, thanks again

No, these are just informational messages. if you are getting just a black screen, or the system kicks out other error messages, there is something else causing the issue, these just happen to be the last messages left on the screen. If you are getting a black screen the common issue is the monitor cannot display the resolution the OS is trying to set. Add the boot option 'nomodeset' on the kernel boot line to disable kernel mode switching
