dl380 first gen

I am having a problem imaging a first generation dl380
error message of
"problem running acr from command line acr .txt
check if commandline parameters are correct
also check that the smartset toolkit is supported in x:"
any ideas
I have replaced both 18gig hard drives and the motherboard and the cdrom drive and cables and the image disk
array controller?
