dl380 g3 virtulization

Hi I have a testbed dl380 g3 server with HP BIOS P29 09/15/2004

I would like to know how to enable virtualization support on it ?

A am running VmWare workstation , virtual machine is mitel msl (REDHAT LINUX) and mcd 4 software (ip telephony)

however my server needs to be able to support  multicore support and virtualization

its running 2 x intel xeon 2.8 ghz prcrs

 

any tips or help

The old xeon processors used in G3 and G4-Proliants don't support virtualization.
