dl380 gen9 stay in queued when hard raid

hi

i have DL380 Gen9 and six hard ( 2*600G-4*1.2T) , so i choose raid 5 for 3 of 1.2T and one of them be a spare . but raid process stay on Queued for tow days and not be going to percent .

please help me to fix this issuse soon as you can
