dl380 not load automaticly after UPS up

Dear Sirs,

I have:

1. server DL380G4, OS - Windows 2003
2. UPS - R3000 XR
3. Ultrium 2 DLT

The server is connected in Load Segment 1 of UPS, Ultrium 2 DLT it is connected in Load Segment 2 of UPS.
On a server program Power Manager 3.1.8 is installed.

At deenergizing power supplies UPS, a server and Ultrium are normally switched off, after that it is switched off UPS, however, at occurrence of steady power supplies and inclusion UPS, the server automatically is not loaded, the Ultrium is loaded normally.

In BIOS a server the option automatic boot at occurrence of power supplies is set in "Enable".
In Power Manager a waiting time before loading a server after occurrence of power supplies it is set by default 0 сек.

I changed this size on different - there is no effect.

Server automatically not boot.

Can be there are any adjustments(options) which are not described in the documentation?
Though the interface there very simple.

Advise, please, that to me to do(make) before to open a case in НР?
(a server new and guarantee)

Sorry for my english,
BR,
E

Re: dl380 not load automaticly after UPS up

Maybe SP27670.exe can help.

This is Windows 2003 Shutdown/Restart Fix for HP Power Management Software
version 1.0.0.0 A (4 Jun 04)

The fix is 2.6MB large so i can't attach it. Just search for it in google and download it.

I hope it helps.
