dl380 server problem

hello ,
I am face to 2 hp proliant DL380 G5 server , both , after try to turn on , system fan rise speed up and never speed down and never boot up. what & where have difficult ? what can I do ?

All DL380 G5s have three years onsite support...

Before that, are there any clues on the iLO ?

yes sometimes I think the same if they are critical call HP support faster

anyway

install Latest Proliant Support Pack 8.15 and try clear NVRAM too
