hello,
for the internal drives I use an SA6400. At the external SA61-port I want to connect a Quantum DLT Library. This Library uses SCSI-ID 4 with LUN 0 and 1.
Within W2K3 I can only see the drive at ID4 LUN 0 but not the roboter at ID4 and LUN 1.
Is the 6i not capable in handling LUN's ?
Does someone have a solution for me ?
Thanks in advance

Solution
6i not support connecting any automated backup devices, stand alone tape drives only.
5i is/was supported with SSL1016 Ultrium 460, 1/8 Ultrium 460, 1/8 SDLT320, and 1/8 Ultrium 230 tape autoloaders, but does not support devices with multiple LUNs behind a single SCSI ID.
regards,
Andrzej
