dl385 g5p has lost nics 3 & 4 in rbsu

I've had a customer call and say they that ports 3 & 4 on the intergrated nc382i are not being recognised in the rbsu. Can someone confirm if you can disable these ports in the rbsu. or is there a daughter card on the system that could be faulty? please advise

I've had a look now, in the rbsu i see the list of mac addresses on the right hand side. but nic 3 & 4 show as disabled. But the iSCSI ports for those nics showing an address. Any idea how i enable the NIC ports back on?
