dl385 raid config

I have two raid cards installed in a dl385. a p600 and a p200. I need to set up a raid 0 for the o/s and raid 5 for the remaining drives with an online hot swap. The cables coming from the data backplane control four drives each. How can i get one card to control two drives and the other to control the remaining drives.I have tried to do it in the smart array config tool and it does not want to see anything else than the four drives. Any suggestions? Thanks for the help.

The SAS controllers actually have point-to-point connection to all the disk drives on the DL385g2. So the traditional 2+4 SCSI channels no longer exist on the SAS/SATA models.
