dl585 g2 resets pre post?

DL585 G2 QUAD AMD 2.6GHZ, 32GB, 6 72GB SAS.

SERVER WILL POWER CYCLE PRE POST. ELIMINATED PROCESSOR POWER MOD., BOTH POWER SUPPLIES, RAM, PROCESSORS, BOTH POWER SUPPLY POWER MOD,

ANY SUGESTIONS?
