dl760 g2 fan error

I encountered a trouble on DL760 G2 fan which reported error that often, had took the BIOS’ s upgrading, the fan of replacement again and again, but the problem may occurring after 1 month or two months.
Please help and thanks!

Thanks! just the fans LED is amber, no other eroror messager.

hi
sometimes fan controller fail of system board was the cause of fan fail.
check the i/o module or replace it.
dl760g1 has fan controller board, but dl760g2 don't have.
fan controller is included with i/o module.
