does DL360G4 have IPMI?

Hi all!
I have a small question, the answer on which I cannot find:
Does HP Proliant DL360 G4 have IPMI?

There are not any setup for IPMI in BIOS.
And it does not working under Linux or FreeBSD.


I have also dl360g5, and this server have IPMI v.2.
