error in Event Viewer

I am receiving the following error in my Event Viewer:

Event ID: 15
Source: cpqarry2
The device, \Device\Scsi\cpqarry21, is not ready for access yet.

Same here...Win2k, so far it's happened on all 4 of our brand new DL380s. I just sent an email off to Compaq, so hopefully I'll hear something.

All - this could easily be the OS itself... When does this happen? If it's only showing up during startup, it's the OS not waiting for the driver to finish loading before trying to poll the controller's bus. It's nothing to worry about - ignore it for now. May get fixed with SP2.
