error to continue setup windows 2000 on DL 360 server

hello,
i want install windows 2000 on DL360 server.after using SmartStart and insering CD Windows , but the installation of windows stoped, this is the error message :
"
the entry

" CD-ROM IDE (ATAPI 1.2)/Controleur IDE PCI"
in the unattended script file dosen't exist in the [SCSI] section of the INF file txtsetup.sif.

Setup cannot continue.Press key to exit "

please i want know the exact problem, and please help me its very urgent

1. Run firmware CD

2. Try different Windows CD

3. Try manual Install with F8 Array Config. and direct O/L load
