event 7031
two DL760 made a windows 2000 cluster. one node of NIC agent service abruptly stop, reboot the sever. the cluster service cannot start, appeared 1067 error message after manual start this service.

you might check these Microsft articles for more information. These should be fixed by upgrading to the latest MS Service Pack.

First, a suggestion. You posted the .evt file as an attachment, which I can't open. If you need to do that again, there's an option in the event log to save it as a text file, .txt, which can be opened by anyone, so you may want to do that next time.
