expanding a array on a DL380 G3 redHat ent v3

Hello,
I am fairly new to arrays, and have a server running redhat linux on a DL380 G3 Proliant server. I currently have a 3 drive array with a couple partitions. I need to add additional space, so I have got a forth 72 Gb hot swapable drive exactly like the other three. The problem is this is a production server running a Oracle Database, and can not be taken off line for very long. My question is, can this be done on line? If so can anyone help to direct me as to the steps to take? Do I have to shut it down, or just put in the other drive? I found documentation about the ACU utility, but it is a RPM, so it would run while online, can this do the job for me?

Thanks in advance for any help you can give.
Todd

I'd recommend taking a look at this thread:

The process is still the same, but I'm not sure what has to be done afterward for Red Hat.
The truth is out there, but I forgot the URL..
