f10 every time booting up

After the computer is powered down for a while I have to hit f10 on startup and go through the time and setup

I have a Proliant 800 Dual P3 550.

Is it a warranty covered part? The servers not very old. I didn't use it for a few months when I got it. Did this drain it?

Well it is an older Server. It's from either sitting on the shelf or just from not being plugged in for so long.
What's the serial number and where did you purchase it from?
