failed scsi controller

My scsi controller port1 in slot 1 is shown as failed. When I go into it in the Systems Mangement page it has a green check mark. How do I troubleshoot this issue? I attached a screen shot. Thanks.

check physically the HDD in that bay for any amber red LED

No amber lights shown. All 3 drives are green.
