failover disks in ML370 G5

I have a Windows Server 2003 Standard running on a ML 370 G5 server. Server is partitioned for RAID 1 ( 2 x 72 GB) and RAID 5 (3 x 146 GB).
Recently i have purchased additional 72 GB and 146 GB , which i need to keep as a standby for RAID partition.
Can any one tell me , how can i configure the extra hard disk as standbys/failover disk for each RAIDs?
