firmware 9.10 (B) detect Suse Linux on a Windows based server

I have a DL385g6 and dl 365g5 servers. When I insert the Firmware maintenance cd(9.10B), it does it scan and inventory of current firmware installed, then it prompt me which package to select from. All the options are for LINIX system. There is no option for windows box. If i select the package for linux, and click next, it will say that the host detected is SUSE Enterprise.

I even made sure that i downloaded the right thing, by downloading and extracting it again, but the same thing still hapeen.

anyone else experience this?
i'm a little worried to continue with the firmware installation.

I have not used 9.1 yet.

The FW CD/DVD and Smart Start is Linux.

It also will run on-line in windows.

From a FW upgrade point of view, it does not matter wich O/S being used.
The FW don't care.

If you want to do a off-line FW upgrade.
Just Boot on the CD, and make your choises.
Don't worry aboute the detected O/S.
