frequent reboot

proliant 1600 frequently reboots about every half hour.
I already replaced the memory,
upgraded all service packs,and checked all disks.

We're going to need a little more info. What OS? Any errors in the event log or the CPQ Intergrated Management Log? Did this just start happening? If yes, what changed on the server?
