help.. message " kernel error missing file on drives please insert the system disk ". after partitio
I have Problem with my new Compaq Proliant ML 370 With Windows NT PDC Back Office Operating system i hope you can help me.
First I try to make partition under Disk Administration Win NT, my hardisk Space is 20 GB. first I just have one partition 4Gb for NT server so
I try to create 2 primary partition again.
My trouble is after i boot the Server, it comes message " kernel error missing file on drives please insert the system disk ".
Can you help me to solve this problem.

if you create more than one primary partition you need to make sure that the original partition is still set active. otherwise it will try to boot to the new partition(s)..this is probably what is causing your problem
