help server DL380 G5 !
When i connect power on my DL380 G5 all led are off, only a motherboard leds flashing rapdly, and server not start !
What could be the problem?

Please check your PSUs first and try w/o UPS, if you are using one.

Hi,
This can be issue with power supply as well as other hardware components.
Please check the HP guided troubleshooting for step by step troubelshooting.
Select Diagnosis / Troubleshooting from above link.
