differents between hot-plug and hot-swap.

Hello,

HOT PLUG would mean U can plug in the device to a system while its working, without having the system to restart for changes to take effect.
Example : a USB flash drive.

HOT SWAP would mean You can either plug in or plug out the device, without telling the system.
Example : a hot swap power supply.

(for falsh drive, u need to stop the device before plugging it out).
