how do I disable riloe II ?

Controller Type: PCI Board-Remote Insight Lights Out Edition II (RILOE II)
State: Enabled
NIC Condition: NIC in operation but disconnected
IP Address: x.x.x.x
URL: https://x.x.x.x (NIC in operation but disconnected)
Hardware Version: 1
Version: 1.21
Release Date: June 09, 2006

what is the recommended way to disable this?

hi,

RILOE is a RIB, just remove the PCI board from the server

I am referring mainly to the fact that it says: State:Enabled.
Isn't a way to make it "State:Disabled" as for the iLO ?

sure, enter the RBSU (BIOS) and disable the PCI slot

thank you for this, indeed F8 enters the RILOE II bios set-up.
I have disabled the nic and I now have a clean system.
