how to resolve low disk space

i was partition C drive for 100 gb but every time that showing low disk space . but we used only 20 gb. ican,t able to update anything they show no disk space message

What is the server model number, the number of hard drives installed, the operating system installed?

 

Further when is this message appearing, i.e. is it when an application is launched or while performing any specific operation?

 

Please elaborate…
