how to run nickel script on a unix machine

hi guys was wondering weather any of you know how to run a nickel on a HP prolian machine. the operating system on that machine is running linux. the reason i am wants to know how to run the nickel script is because i want to collect every information on that server and upload to our database.. please help

Hi Johann,

AFAIK nickel is only for HP-UX ( http://h41111.www4.hp.com/workstations/de/de/segments/mcad/dassault/plmcc/perf_tools.html ) , for this reason it can't run on linux.

Perhaps you can try other information collection tools, like e.g. config2html.
