hp DL380 g3 server , monitor no response

i have problem with my hp dl380 g3 server.i can't see any response on monitor asif server is down.also i tried to login server remotly and i couldn't login . i checked all server LEDs, all LEDs are green and normal.

Can anybody help on this issue? as i can't figure out what is wrong with this server.

'Couldn't login' isn't a very accurate description of the fault status.

Does it resond to PING?

Does it have any ILO card built-in?

Which OS is it running?

the OS is linux red hat 8.0 , the server is not pingable, i have builtin ILO card.

also in monitor i recieve no signal , i can't see anything after turn on server.

Are there more than one VGA connectorr on the server?
(Some of the older ILO-cards replaced the original VGA-connector with one on the ILO-card. )

The ILO-card is operational, and you can get information from it?
(What status can you read from it?)

i have one VGA connector.
Also ILO card is not enabled and i can't configure it .

Try Clearing NVRAM..

Pull the ILO-card from the server and see if it can be started then.
If that card is faulty it can bring the server to a halt.

i can't remove ilo card , i think it is built in motherboard.
i couldn't find any card on motherboard related ot ilo.

I cleared NVRAM but it didn't help me.
still no response on monitor . system can't boot.

Boot the server with Rams only in slot 1 and 2.
