hp ML310 G5 - power on problem

when I plug in the power, the fan starts but 2 secondes after, the power is resetting and th e server never start. It's a new one... what can I check ? thks

Hi,

Check your system board where any amber led blink or not , then check power supply , working properly or not.

thks for your reply. 2 leds blink when I plug in the power. The led of the fan CPU and another one but I don't remember which one, I will check this evening.

2 led are blinking when I put the power: cpu fail and TP23 Over Temp ... I suppose it's not good...

HP support says this is a known issue with the front power switch cable/board.
