Re: hp ProLiant DL380 gen9 unable reboots continiously
Hello,
To begin with the troublshooting first check the Dl380 Gen9 server LED indicator to determine the possible fault.

Power fault LEDs
2 . Login to the ILO management port and check system health status and the intergrated management log.
3. Check powering on Server with Miniumum hardware configuration.
If the issue has been identified with any of the failed component then open case with HPE support for further investigation.

Hope the shared information is usefull to isolate the issue.

Re: hp ProLiant DL380 gen9 unable reboots continiously
hello McCoy,
thank you for your prompt reaction.
1st- the Power fault LED is flashing continiously after each reboot. Noway to count the number of flashing.
2nd- Power suplies are good. I tested them on another working server (same model of server)
3-I tested topower on the server with minimum hardware config: sme status.
4- the Power backplane or storage backplane is emebded to the system board. if it is faulty, I think we gonna replace all the systeme board.
I'l comme back to you once tested again.
Once more thank you
