My health led is flashing red (attached image), I don't know, how to do a review and get a true diagnostic?. Could you please help me to workout this issue?

Hi Pramod,
As per the screen shot shared by you, looks like System health LED is degraded
Please check the Systems Insight Display LEDs status,
Also i am sharing HP ProLiant DL380 G7 Server Maintenance and Service Guidefor the DL380 G7 server for more information and go through the page number 90 for further troubleshooting.

Connect to ILO and check the health section.
Have a look into the IML.
