SNMP
that is important to have SMHP working
SNMP is a Windows Service I suppose you have it installed
check the attached file
that's what I mean when I say SNMP is configured?

Ports 161 and 162 are the SNMP ports..

If the Service has been disable by the Exchange 2007 Rollup or a firewall is blocking ports 161 and 162 the SMHP will start but will populate nothing since it cannot retrieve the info from the agents..

I have not read that carefully... cool to know if Exchange stopped SNMP Service.... which should be running not stopped or disable in order to have SMHP working
......

Then re-add SNMP, modifying properties (in Services) to add a public & private strings with read/write permissions.
