hp dl 180 g6 lo100 issue

hi,
i have installed lo100 in hpdl180 g6 server.but i am not able to access ilo.in fact it is not pinging.i have set it in bios.any other way i can set it?how to enable it?kindly guide me in detail...is there any os end tool also which will set ip?
